FlinkbioBack to your little world

A little clarity on privacy.

You can browse the Flinkbio public website without filling in a form. This page explains the information involved in a visit or a conversation about trying Flinkbio.

When you’re just looking around

Your browser shares the information a host needs to answer a page request, including the requested address, an IP address, browser headers, and the time. Our hosting infrastructure may record those details to resolve problems and protect the website.

There are no analytics tools, advertising trackers, external embeds, or cookie-setting scripts in these public pages. They do not ask your browser to store a profile or an advertising identifier.

When you say hello

An early access email gives us your email address, any sender name, and the contents you choose to include. We use that information to reply and understand your interest. There is no need to send private documents or sensitive details.

Where local law asks us to identify a basis for processing, responding to you relates to your requested enquiry. Running and protecting the website is a legitimate interest. Any activity that needs separate consent would be presented as a separate choice.

Keeping a conversation, then letting it go

We hold onto an enquiry while it is useful for the discussion or follow-up you requested. Once that purpose ends, it should be deleted unless a legal duty or unresolved claim requires us to keep it. Hosting records may have their own limited operational retention.

Mail and hosting providers help deliver these services and can process the necessary information for us. Providers may operate in other countries, with safeguards where required by law. We do not sell your contact details; lawful disclosure may still be required by an authority.

If you’d like something changed

Ask hello@flinkbio.com to correct your details, delete an enquiry, or stop a follow-up. Your local law may also let you request access, portability, limits on use, or object to processing. You may raise a concern with the relevant privacy regulator. We might need to verify that the data is yours.

When you leave this space

Other websites have their own privacy practices, including destinations opened through short links. This notice describes the marketing pages rather than all operations of the separate link service. Updates to this notice will carry a fresh publication date here.
